The short version: No registration or sign-in is required to play. Firebase and Google AdMob integrations are planned; these services may process information depending on the services and settings used. If you email us, we receive what you choose to send.
1. About this policy
Sanu Tech Innovation LLP (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates Word Link Puzzle Game (“the App”) and this website, wordlinkpuzzle.online. This policy explains information handling in the App, on this website, and when you contact us.

2. Information we collect directly
The App does not require registration or sign-in. You do not need to provide an email address or password to play. This does not mean that app-service or advertising SDKs process no information.
If you contact us by email, we receive your email address and any information you include in your message. This information is used to understand and respond to your request. Email services also process messages to deliver and store this correspondence. Please share only what is necessary and do not send passwords, payment information, or unnecessary personal information about children.
The App is planned to use Google AdMob for advertising. The processing associated with that integration is described below and is separate from information you send directly to us.
3. Advertising and Google AdMob
When enabled in the App, advertising will be provided through Google AdMob using the Google Mobile Ads SDK. Advertising providers can process information even when the developer does not directly collect information during gameplay. The disclosures below describe Google’s documented SDK behavior; the information processed by a particular release depends on its installed SDK and settings.
Google’s documentation states that its SDK automatically collects and shares information for advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention. Depending on the SDK, settings, and applicable choices, this may include:
- IP addresses, which may be used to estimate a device’s approximate location.
- App and advertising interactions, such as app launches, ad taps, and video views.
- Diagnostics about app and SDK performance.
- Device or account identifiers, including advertising identifiers where available and permitted.
Why information is processed and who receives it
Google’s documented advertising processing supports ad delivery and measurement, analytics, and fraud prevention. Google receives information through its advertising SDK; this is different from information you choose to email directly to Sanu Tech Innovation LLP for support.
The information processed depends on the SDK version, configuration, device settings, age-related treatment, and privacy choices. Google states that information collected by its Mobile Ads SDK is encrypted in transit using TLS.

4. Planned Firebase integration
The App is planned to use Google Firebase. The information processed depends on the specific Firebase services enabled and how they are configured. A reference to Firebase alone does not mean that every Firebase product, such as analytics, crash reporting, databases, or messaging, is used.
The service-specific details are not yet set out in this policy. Before a Firebase-enabled version is released, this policy needs to describe the products used, information processed, purposes, retention arrangements, and available privacy choices for that version.

5. Children and families
Word Link Puzzle Game is intended for an audience of all ages, including children. The App does not require children to register or provide an email address or password to play. App-service and advertising integrations still require age-appropriate configuration and information-handling practices.
Google Play requires apps displaying ads to children or users of unknown age to use eligible Families Self-Certified Ads SDK versions, avoid interest-based advertising and remarketing for those users, and use appropriate ad content and formats.
When Google’s child age treatment is applied to an ad request, Google states that personalized advertising and remarketing are disabled and advertising identifiers are not transmitted. These protections depend on the age-related settings actually applied to the App’s ad requests.

6. Privacy choices
You can use the privacy and advertising controls available in your device settings. Supported Android devices may let you reset or delete your advertising ID.
Where an in-app consent or privacy-choice screen is available, you can use it to review the choices it provides. Available controls depend on the App version and your region. Choosing non-personalized ads does not necessarily stop all information processing needed to deliver or protect advertising services.
You can also review Google’s information about privacy controls. Depending on your location and the information involved, you may have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of information. Contact us about information you have sent directly to us; use Google’s controls for information handled by Google.
7. Retention and deletion
No user registration or sign-in records are required for gameplay. Information processed through app services is separate from account registration, and its retention depends on the services and settings used. Firebase-specific processing and retention disclosures will need to reflect the products enabled in the released App.
Information you voluntarily email to us may remain in our support correspondence. Email wordlink@sanutechservices.com to ask about information you have supplied or request its deletion. Please identify the correspondence concerned without sending additional sensitive information.
How to request access, correction, or deletion
Email wordlink@sanutechservices.com with the subject “Privacy request – Word Link”. Describe whether you want to access, correct, or delete information you previously sent, and identify the relevant email correspondence. You may send the request from the same email address used for support to help us locate it. Do not include a password, payment information, government identification document, or unnecessary information about a child.
Requests to us concern information held by Sanu Tech Innovation LLP. For information Google handles independently, use the controls and contact routes described in Google’s Privacy Policy. Deleting a support email does not delete information already processed by an advertising provider.
Information processed by Google through AdMob is subject to Google’s retention practices and available privacy controls. Uninstalling the App does not necessarily delete information already processed by Google. Refer to Google’s Privacy Policy for more information.
8. This website
This website does not include a registration form, third-party advertising scripts, or analytics code. The mini-puzzle runs in your browser, does not transmit your answers, and does not save your progress after you leave or reload the page. The website code does not set cookies or use local storage.
The website’s hosting provider may process technical request information, such as IP addresses and browser details, to serve and secure the site. These records depend on the hosting service and its configuration.
Contact links open your email application. No message is sent unless you choose to send it.
9. Security, international processing, and other services
Google states that it operates servers in multiple countries, so information handled by Google may be processed outside the country where you live. Google’s Privacy Policy explains its international data-processing practices and safeguards.
No method of internet transmission or storage is completely secure. Avoid including sensitive information in support emails. Google describes the transport safeguards for its Mobile Ads SDK in its documentation linked above.
Advertisements and external links may take you to websites or services operated by other organizations. Their own privacy policies explain how they handle information. Review those policies before providing personal information.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the App, website, or information-handling practices change. The latest version will be published on this page with an updated date.
